MİLİTEK Technology Initiative fulfills its obligation to inform data subjects within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) when collecting personal data in the "TeamUp" mobile application.

This Privacy Policy explains how the personal data of the users of the "TeamUp" mobile application ("Application"), developed by MİLİTEK Technology Initiative ("MİLİTEK" or "Data Controller"), is processed in accordance with the KVKK and relevant legislation. All users who use the Application are deemed to have accepted this policy.

  • Date of Birth: Age verification and providing content suitable for the age/user profile.

  • Premium Plan Payment Information: Processing premium membership transactions.

  • Automatically Collected Data (IP, device information, log records): Ensuring security, providing technical support, and improving service quality.

  • Cookie and Analytical Data: Improving the user experience.

This data is processed based on the legal grounds of the establishment/performance of a contract, the legitimate interest of the data controller, and explicit consent.

1.3. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be shared with the following parties, only to the extent necessary and in accordance with the KVKK:

  • Payment service providers and banks,

  • Authorized public institutions,

  • Cloud service providers,

  • Analytics service providers,

As a rule, data is stored domestically; international transfer is only made with explicit consent.

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, users have the right to:

  • Request information regarding the processed data,

  • Request the correction or deletion of their data,

  • Object to the unlawful processing of their data.

MİLİTEK implements technical and administrative measures such as HTTPS data encryption, firewalls, authorization control, personnel training, and regular security tests.

Personal data is stored for the period required by the purpose of processing and for the time specified in the relevant legislation.

2. Disclaimer

This statement determines the terms of use for the "TeamUp" mobile application.

2.1. Content Responsibility

The coaching, task tracking, guidance, and performance evaluation content within the application is entirely for support and informational purposes. The application does not provide any guarantee that the user will definitively achieve their set goals, or that their professional/academic or personal success will increase.

2.2. Intellectual Property Rights

All software, design, and content copyrights belonging to the TeamUp application are owned by MİLİTEK Technology Initiative.

2.3. Limitation of Liability

MİLİTEK cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages that may arise from the use of the application.
